We screen for the client's own sales process and product, interview past customers, etc., then build a blueprint for the ideal sales candidate based upon factors that include:
- Type of software (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Vertical industries, if any
- Average total sales price
- Average sales cycle
- Level of decision maker (C-level, VP, Director, etc.)
- Specific product information
- Sales goal for territory
- Compensation for making goal
