We screen for the client's own sales process and product, interview past customers, etc., then build a blueprint for the ideal sales candidate based upon factors that include:

  • Type of software (ERP, CRM, etc.)
  • Vertical industries, if any
  • Average total sales price
  • Average sales cycle
  • Level of decision maker (C-level, VP, Director, etc.)
  • Specific product information
  • Sales goal for territory
  • Compensation for making goal

Best of all, we guarantee each new hire for a full year. Should the person we place not perform as anticipated, we'll find a replacement for no additional fee.
